'Nature's Swirl'
My artwork looks like the inside of a growing New Zealand fern! It was meant to look like a wave kind of thing but I鈥檓 happy with the way it turned out.
My artwork is a plaster cast - the mold was made from clay with plaster poured into the mold. To create this artwork I used a plastic bottom round container and the plastic bottle to sit the swirl into so it can stand. Nothing really made me do this idea what I thought it would be an interesting thing to do, I learnt how to do plaster and make it, this artwork is how I imagined it to end up like.
