Stupendous STEM Lessons for Leanyer Campus Students
Daly Kelly is the Principal Engineer from Omega Consultants. He is a specialist in his field and was invited to visit Year 5 Leanyer Campus students. Mr Kelly conducted three Science and Engineering lessons, covering gases, liquids and solids.
The students asked questions and learnt about the three different states of matter and engaged with various STEM activities to reinforce each idea. The first creating a balloon object to fly across a wire, the second to build a boat to hold weight and the last to construct a building. The students enjoyed the lessons and collaborating their ideas together. Well done Year 5 and thank you so much Mr Kelly for visiting and providing such educational lessons.
