Statistics & Measurements for Secondary Maths' Students
Year 10 and Year 8 Mathematics students accomplished some great things in the first week of Term 2.
Year 10 students were involved in a statistics investigation. They measured their arm span vs their height to make analysis of the data and then used Excel to show the trends.
Year 8 students were involved with measurement - finding the area of parallelograms, kites and circles, which they presented on the class whiteboards.
