Sensational Sleepover for Sun-soaked Students
Palmerston and Leanyer Campus Year 3 students greatly enjoyed their sleepover last week. The agenda for the night was dinner, games of Spotlight, the annual Talent Show and a movie. Friday consisted of pre-dawn colouring for the early risers, breakfast, travelling to Palmerston Campus for waterplay and lunch.
The annual sleepover is an important part of our Pastoral Care program and helps to build life-long skills; teamwork and decision making, as well as building independence and confidence away from home. It was a great opportunity for both campuses to get together. These students are already looking forward to Year 4 and 5 camps and the wonderful Primary Years Programme Exhibition.
