Music Seminar Inspires Senior Music Students
Stage 1 Music students attended an evening seminar on Thursday 18 May at Charles Darwin University, organised by the Darwin Symphony Orchestra, 'Thinking about a career in Music'.
Students heard from Tim White, who is the Coordinator of Classical Music and Senior Lecturer in Music at the WA Academy of Performing Arts at Edith Cowan University. He shared his vast knowledge of music performance practice and encouraged students to learn the fundamentals of this craft.
Students left feeling inspired by the many career pathways in the industry and gained strategies to develop their own performance.
